Our aim is to strengthen individuals and families against mental health issues. Through careful assessment, we identify issues that can become obstacles to success and then we work together with you to build resilience, fight stigmas and gain awareness of vulnerabilities.

Our goal is to provide the knowledge, tools, energy and determination you need to create a healthy life. We draw on a broad range of methods including cognitive behaviour therapy, dialectical therapy, solution-focused therapy and collaborative problem solving. We work with children, youth, adults, families and couples.
